Ordering & Payment

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Accra typically takes 1-3 business days. For upcountry regions, delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Bulk orders may require additional scheduling.

Do you deliver to all regions in Ghana?

Yes. We deliver nationwide across all 16 regions of Ghana. Our logistics network covers Greater Accra, Ashanti, Western, Eastern, Central, Volta, Northern, and all other regions.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and order weight. Free delivery is available for bulk orders above a specified threshold within Accra. Exact charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status on our Track Your Order page or by contacting customer service.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Hygiene and personal care products must be sealed and untampered. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, email info@championglobal.com.gh with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions within 24-48 hours.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Mobile money refunds are typically processed within 24 hours.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it free of charge. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.

What condition must returned items be in?

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Hygiene products cannot be returned if opened for health and safety reasons. Champion Global Ghana Ltd reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Are your products safe and certified?

Yes. All our products meet Ghana Standards Authority requirements. Our hand sanitizers, soaps, and cleaning chemicals are manufactured following strict quality control protocols. We are official distributors of global brands including PURELL and GOJO.

Where are your products manufactured?

We manufacture ODO-branded tissue products locally in Ghana at our facility in Accra. We also import and distribute international brands including PURELL, GOJO, Rust-Oleum, and ZEP through our partnership with the PRAK GROUP.

What brands do you carry?

We carry ODO tissue products, PURELL advanced hand sanitizers, GOJO antibacterial soaps, Rust-Oleum paints and coatings, ZEP cleaning chemicals, and a full range of janitorial supplies and dispensers.

Do you offer product samples?

Yes. We offer samples for B2B clients and bulk buyers. Contact our sales team at +233 302 328 719 or info@championglobal.com.gh to request samples of specific products. A nominal fee may apply for delivery.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life varies by product category. Hand sanitizers typically have a 2-3 year shelf life, cleaning chemicals 1-2 years, and tissue products are indefinite when stored in a dry environment. Expiry dates are printed on all product labels.
