Description
ISOMAT PLASTIPROOF is a liquid concrete admixture that acts as both a plasticizer (improving workability) and a waterproofing agent (increasing water impermeability). It is a necessary aid for preparing high-strength and exposed concrete in elements that will be in contact with water.

ISOMAT PLASTIPROOF is designed to enhance concrete durability and is compatible with all types of Portland cement.
- Waterproofing: It significantly increases resistance to water permeability, protecting against both hydrostatic pressure and capillary absorption.
- Workability: The admixture improves the workability of the concrete mixture without the need for additional water.
- Composition: It is free of chlorides and other corrosive ingredients, meaning it will not corrode reinforcing steel. It also has no air-entraining action.
- Application Areas: It is suitable for various concrete structures that are in constant or temporary contact with water, including:
- Foundations and basements
- Water tanks and swimming pools
- Tunnels, canals, and sewage treatment tanks
Technical Data & Usage
- Color: Dark brown liquid.
- Density: 1.08-1.14 kg/l.
- Consumption: 0.2-0.5 kg per 100 kg of cement.
- Application Method: It can be added to the mixing water during concrete preparation, or directly to the prepared mixture just before use. If added to the prepared mixture, it requires thorough mixing for 4-5 minutes.
- Packaging: Available in 20 kg containers.
According to the manufacturer, an overdose may cause a retardation of setting time, but without negatively impacting the final strength of the concrete.
